I’m Alyson, and I help individuals and organizations find steadiness, clarity, and direction through neuroscience-based mindfulness coaching and trauma-informed movement. My work is grounded in science, shaped by lived experience, and designed to be practical and accessible—whether you’re seeking support during a difficult season or looking to deepen your mindfulness practice in a meaningful way.
