Mindful Living & Community Meditation

2nd and 4th Fridays of the month from 6:00-7:15pm

Join us for our mindful living class to learn practical techniques for daily mindfulness practice. This class supports fostering a state of calm and centeredness in daily life. You’ll learn how to integrate mindfulness practices in an accessible way to enhance the ability to focus and reduce stress. The class also explores the philosophy behind mindful living, emphasizing the importance of living in the present moment and appreciating life’s simple pleasures. Through a combination of theoretical understanding and experiential learning, you’ll gain tools to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life. At the end of the class, we’ll meditate as a group and discuss the experience. We meet the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month from 6:00-7:15pm.  Available in studio or via Zoom.
