Join us for our Zoom mindful living class to advance your understanding and ability to apply Mindful Living in a supported environment. This class is designed to help you actually apply what is learned in Mindful Living. It includes both Buddhist and secular mindfulness topics based on curated readings related to mindfulness. A worksheet is provided on the topics to help guide you in ways to apply the specific mindfulness techniques so they are useful in your everyday life. If you’re ready to move your mindfulness practice to the next level, or just need support to make it real day-to-day, this is the class for you! This class is the place to ask all your mindfulness questions in a safe and supportive group environment.
