About the Program
This Zoom 30-Day Guided Mindful Eating Reset Program is designed to help you transition from feelings of mental exhaustion, emotional overwhelm, and uncertainty about food and body image to a state of confidence, vibrancy, and deep connection. Through mindfulness coaching, we’ll explore the underlying patterns of your eating behaviors and ways to break free. This series includes 4 weekly scheduled Zoom group sessions and an electronic Mindful Eating Journal. (Please note, this program does not provide nutritional or medical guidance. However, if you require assistance from a Registered Dietitian, referrals are available.)
