Trauma-Informed Yoga Workshops:

Heal and Reset the Nervous System Through Yoga and Neuroscience

Do you feel disconnected from yourself and others?

Are you constantly on alert and unable to relax?

Is agitation or irritation affecting your relationships?

Are you struggling with guilt, shame, or withdrawal?

Do you have trouble focusing on important tasks?

If you've experienced trauma, you may recognize these challenges in your life. I’ve developed a series of yoga workshops based on ancient yoga principles and neuroscience to support post-traumatic growth and healing.

Through these workshops either in person or via Zoom We’ll address three key challenges:

Nervous System Dysregulation

Learn techniques to calm an overactive nervous system and restore a sense of safety.

Physical Symptoms of Dysregulation

Discover yoga practices that assist with fatigue, sleep disturbances, chronic headaches, and
digestive issues.

Cognitive and Emotional Balance

Gain tools to manage intense emotions, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.

Join us either in studio or via Zoom for a transformative journey into the nervous system's connection to trauma. Workshops include education on the nervous system, a soothing yoga practice, and time for questions and answers. Heal at your own pace in a supportive, safe space.
