I never wanted to try yoga…decided to try it with meditation. I’m glad I did! Although I’m not really physical…I was encouraged to do yoga from a chair, only what I was comfortable with. While some of the class was advanced…she made me feel comfortable and I was empowered and encouraged. Alyson’s technique was soothing in meditation and encouraging through yoga.
I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for years. Guided meditation with Alyson took my mind off the pain in the moment and I learned techniques to help reduce it after our sessions.
