Welcome to the 30-Day Guided Mindful Eating Reset!

Are you tired of battling unhealthy eating habits?

This program helps you develop mindful eating habits and transform your relationship with food. Over four weeks, you'll learn to recognize hunger signals, identify emotional eating triggers, tune into fullness cues, practice self-compassion, and make mindful food choices.

This program offers personalized, nonjudgmental support from a certified mindfulness coach. It includes four weekly 30-minute Zoom sessions to answer your questions and provide motivation, along with tools for establishing consistent and nourishing eating habits. You'll receive a 30-day Mindful Eating Reset Journal to guide you daily and help transform your relationship with food. This program focuses on using mindfulness to break free from emotionally driven eating patterns and promote a healthy, satisfying relationship with food, rather than relying on diets or restrictive practices.
